"I took my car to Renson in December to deal with the same issue I took the car in for in August. There was a leak coming from under the glove box. The leak was fixed but then the next day the blower motor for my air conditioning quit (a related issue). I returned the car frustrated but Renson stood by their service and fixed my car, replacing the parts and gave me a rental vehicle for the day. They go the extra mile and stand beside their repairs. No repair shop is perfect, but I'm pleased they are willing to work with customers to resolve difficult situations. It says a lot about their character and integrity as a business."

Back to Renson, who checked it all out again for no cost, then took it to a smog test only station and had the smogging done for me - and of course I PASSED. The original testing station evidently didn't realize something about the EGR valve on my model car and failed me without cause. Thank you, Renson! You're my heroes."
